Attachments and expired storage

I was an active user a couple years ago and purchased added storage. When the auto-renew hit my payment was expired, and so the added storage expired.
Now, on the server, many of my PDF attachments appear without the link to go view them, and when I installed Stand Alone and synched from the server, the directories for these files were not created in local storage.
I was able to recover the files locally from my backup, but they are not synching back to the server (I re-subscribed to storage).

any suggestions as to how to restore visibility on the server?

If you put them back in their original folders in 'storage', try "Reset File Sync History" from the Sync->Reset pane of the Zotero preferences.

Thanks... I duplicated one of the entries and that kicked
off an upload of the omitted PDFs.
