"Fatal error" uploading to DB Repair Tool

The DB repair tool gives me the following error when I try to upload my Zotero database for repair:

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 157286400 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 143323636 bytes) in /usr/share/pear/Archive/Zip.php on line 2190"

My Zotero database is 86 mb. I zipped it down to 35 mb for upload, yet I still get this error. Any way to fix this?

    We've upped the memory limit. Try again.

    If it still doesn't work, you can do the repair manually.

    I tried to upload again and got this error:
    "An internal server error occurred. Please try again later."
    Then I waited a while and got the same error message.

    Does this mean I need to go through the manual process, or should I wait a few hours and try to upload again?
