Short footnote with bibliography

Hi,

Does anyone know of a citation style that involves a short footnote (Authors last name, date, page) followed by a bibliography? It seems like there used to be one called Chicago Short Note with Bibliography (see http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/chicago_style_versions), but I don't see it anymore.

Wondering if anyone knows of a style that produces footnotes looking something like:

Morice, 1876, p. 29.

It's for a French journal.

Thanks!

chicago's short note (now called note), has the title not the date.
You can look at "International Organization" which I believe might be the only style following that pattern
