Upgrade Storagestrange problem attaching new pdf file
Hi,
I am experiencing a strange problem when attaching a scanned pdf to a citation thru zotero. The issue is that once it is attached every pdf viewing application no longer recognizes the text. The issue may be with the pdf itself, but I doubt it. Before I attach the file, applications Skim, Adobe Acrobat, and Preview all recognize the text; I can select random paragraphs, copy, and paste without any problem and the the text comes out fine in English. After I attach the file to zotero, when I paste text all I get are blanks or square boxes, as if I don't have the font. Nothing changes in the file size of the attached pdf though. This is the first time this has happened when attaching a pdf. Suggestions?
p.s.: I can provide the pdf if anyone is interested in trying to replicate the issue.
