In text Citations hyperlink to Bibliography?

Hello all,

I am using the Word plugin to insert references as shown in the video here:
http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_integration

Once inserted the references are static objects that do not hyerlink to the bibliography at the end of the document.

Is there a way to make them hyerlinks so a person reading the word doc (or a pdf of it) could click through to the reference detail in the bibliography?

Thanks adamsmith. Hopefully it will be possible in the near future. I'm using zotero for thesis writing like some of those posting on the thread you shared.
