Upgrade StorageBackup Error
Hello,
we're experiencing trouble with saving a library backup on our comptuer. Zotero says the backup is not possible, but does not offer an error number or a more detailed description than "an error occurred while backing up your library". Has anybody experienced similar problems and even better, does anybody know what to do?

adamsmithI don't believe that's a Zotero error (or are you using this in a different language and translating? - in that case, please provide the original message). How are you trying to back up your library? Do you have any Zotero add-ons installed?
