upgrade link on forum

just happened to go to the forums with an non-updated version of Zotero installed.
Very happy to see:
Your version of Zotero is not compatible with Firefox 17 or later. Please upgrade to Zotero 3.0.10 or later.
that's a great idea.

Unfortunately, the link on "upgrade" goes to a 404 - it's forums.zotero.org/download - should be zotero.org/download
