Chicago Style--where is publisher location?!!

Here is the basic format of Chicago citations, according to their web site:

Book
One author

N:
1. Wendy Doniger, Splitting the Difference (Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1999), 65.
B:
Doniger, Wendy. Splitting the Difference. Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1999.
T:
(Doniger 1999, 65)
R:
Doniger, Wendy. 1999. Splitting the difference. Chicago: University of Chicago Press.

Why doesn't Zotero follow this format? Zotero never includes the publisher location.

I'd like to use it, but my fellow teachers are balking at the incorrect format.

Suggestions?
  • All Chicago styles include publisher location. Do you put the location in the "Place" field?
