Zotero icon does not appear in Word 2010

Zotero.dot is listed as active in Word on my computer, but there is no Zotero icon showing in Word.

Which system? Which Zotero version? Do you have the latest version of the plugin?

[Edit: please also note that Word 2010 Starter Edition is not supported.]

PC, windows 7, have read the links, have the latest plugin, the latest Zotero version. Office home and Student full version, Norwegian language.

In Word 2010, there is no "Add-Ins" tab on the ribbon? (Norwegian: "Tillegg")?

Thanks. There is no Zotero.dot file in the install folder, thus nothing to copy.

Yes, using Firefox. On the ribbon I found the Zotero toolbar. Thank you, problem solved:-) Strange that it didn't say anything about this in the installation guide, or I overlooked it..

Just to be sure I understand: did you have to add (manually) the "Add-Ins" tab or was it there and you didn't know it?
