American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy style - numbers for references not superscript

The formatting guidelines for American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy specifies that References "Are identified in text, tables, and legends by superscript* Arabic numbers" (http://www.ashp.org/DocLibrary/AJHP/Formatmanuscript.aspx). Using the Word Processor plugin for Microsoft Word, all in-text citations are showing up in-line with the other text, not superscript. Can this be fixed?

The style is now fixed. The updated version will appear on the repository within 30mins (check the timestamp). Update your copy of the style by re-installing it from the repository. (See here if you need instructions for installing styles in standalone.)
Thanks for reporting! - Any further problems please let us know.
(technical note - switched the style to AMA as that was perfect fit including italics and et al requirements)
