sync error 2005042307...

don't seem to be able to sync on my work computer. help?

This was broken in the 3.0 Branch dev XPI. If you still need to be running that due to the report issue, you should upgrade to the latest version of the dev XPI, where this is fixed. Otherwise, you can switch back to 3.0.11. (If you stick with the dev build, you might need to restart Firefox or clear the browser cache before redownloading. You'll want to make sure you have 3.0.12.r11101 or later.)
