Persistence of group URLs and group tag URLs

I see that, in Zotero, a group URL takes the form:

http://www.zotero.org/groups/[groupname]/

and tag URls take the form:

http://www.zotero.org/groups/[groupname]/items/tags/[tag]

If I want to cite these URLs elsewhere how can I make sure that they will remain persistent over time?

    You cannot be absolutely certain about it with any web service. But there are no plans to change these URLs.

    What you can do is store the pages as static HTML and then store them somewhere that you believe is persistent. However, I would personally just cite the links like they are.
