Won't Sync, only spins, 10 days since last sync

I use a MacBook Pro. Zotero will not sync. It only spins. My last successful sync was 10 days ago. I've not done reset. I have preferences set on automatic (I've tried turning that button on and off), and have Zotero set for file sync. Thanx

    Have you restarted Zotero/Firefox? I don't see a queued sync of yours at the moment.

    Restart Zotero/Firefox and try the sync again, and post again if it doesn't work.
