Possible to show pdf filename in address bar for attachments (after "zotero://attachment/1738/")?
I can't comment for Acrobat, but when using PDF XChange Viewer within Firefox the tabs show only "(application/PDF object)", meaning you can't identify the documents in your tabs without looking at them. If you're an over-anxious PhD student like me, with 100 PDFs open at the same time, this is a pain.
Tracker Software (makers of XChange Viewer), tell me that the tab title is picked up from the URL in the address bar (as long as it has a .pdf extension). With it currently having the format "zotero://attachment/1738/", there's nothing to pick up.
Does anyone know if the filename can be set to appear? Or would that be something the Zotero dev bods would have to do (presuming it would not upset other applecarts)?

Thanks for the info on the tab title—pretty sure that's an issue with the Acrobat plugin too, and while we could probably manually override the tab title, including the filename in the URL is probably a better solution, since it has some other benefits.
I've created a ticket for this.
Thanks for the positive response. Look forward to seeing it implemented.
