Style request: [Free Radical Biology and Medicine]
Hi,
I'm trying desperately to edit a style for this revue but there is always something I cannot configure properly.
The journal is available here :
http://www.journals.elsevier.com/free-radical-biology-and-medicine/
I analysed the citation styles in recent articles with the tool avilable here: http://steveridout.com/csl/searchByExample/
• JOURNAL-ARTICLE
Inline citation
[1]
==> first result for journal articles :
Journal of Superconductivity and Novel Magnetism
==> Differences :
- [1] number in square brackets in bibliography too
- J. D. a space between each first letter of the first name
- ; between authors instead of a comma
- F. H. C. Molecular no : after authors list
- Nature name of journal in italic (abbreviated!)
- 171:737-738; 1953. Instead of 171, 737–738 (1953)
- Journal titles are to be abbreviated according to the List of Journals Indexed in Index Medicus published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
• CHAPTER
Inline citation
[1]
==> first result for chapter :
European Respiratory Journal
==> Differences :
- [1] number in square brackets in bibliography too
- , a comma after family names of authors and editors
- P.A. each first name is separated with a point
- Advantage. There is a point after the container-title
- editors with an s (not the case with the current European RJ CSL)
• BOOK
Inline citation
[1]
==> first result for BOOK :
Elsevier Vancouver
==> Differences :
- , a comma after family names of authors and editors
- P. A. each first name is separated with a point and a space
- Hancké, B.; ; between authors instead of a comma
- Advantage. There is a point after the container-title
• Abstract and others
I couldn’t find examples in the recent articles
Thank you for helping me !

Any further problems please let us know.
I just noticed there is a few errors in this style.
bibliography
==> number under brackets
==> a comma after the family name of authors
I changed the code and it works.
Who should I send it to to update the style ?
There may be other details I didn't notice/change (for example, they want "eds" after book author names).
