ENSCO doi missing?

I just pulled a reference from my university's ebsco site--
and it said in an extra file that for the RIS import, it did not recognize these two...I thought I had updated the translator, but maybe not with the right one? thanks.

    Could you post the complete RIS record? I.e. from TY to ER.

    Is there any reason you are not using the URL bar icon to import records from EBSCO? Is the icon not showing up for you? This should result in better imports, including PDFs (when using Firefox)
