Citations not changing to ibid SBL style

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is a style issue or not. I'm using Zotero standalone with the latest update on Mac OS X 10.7.5. I have a MS Word 2011 document using SBL style. For some reason when I click the update button the citations do not change to 'ibid' when it is the same source. Suggestions?

    Try switching to a different citation style and back, see if that works.
    Did you manually edit any of the footnotes in question?
