Problems adding "quoted in" to citations
Hello all,
How does one add "quoted in" as a prefix to citations? My current workflow is to write in Scrivener, then copy and paste my citations in from Zotero. Then I export it to RTF and run RTF Scan from Zotero. I can add a page number manually. For example, changing "{Berry, 1986}" to "{Berry, 1986, 27}" which appears in my final drafts as (Berry 27). Works great!
HOWEVER, Is there a way to add a prefix manually? Something like {"quoted in ", Berry, 1986, 27}, so that it appears in the final drafts as "(quoted in Berry 27)".
It seems like there must be an escape character or something to add a string to the front of the citation. I have searched the forums for how to do this, and it appears others have asked the same question. However, the resolution was to use the Zotero toolbar, but this is only a solution for people writing in MS Word. Any ideas are appreciated!
Best regards,
David Leitner

adamsmithI'm pretty sure there is no way to do that currently. Various ways of improving RTF scan are currently being worked on, but I have nothing easy for you now.
