corrections to dutch (nl-NL) APA references

bibliography web page references in dutch (nl-NL) are styled as:

<author>. (<date_year>[[, <date_month>] <date_day>]). <title>. Verkregen <accessed_month> <accessed_day>, <accessed_year>, van <url>

* the term 'Verkregen' is a bit strange and old-fashioned translation for 'Retrieved'. it is more common [1] to use 'Geraadpleegd op', though there is no official dutch translation of APA style, yet (AFAIK).

* date components in dutch are always ordered 'day month year', without comma, and lowercase [2]. examples:

<auteur>. (29 augustus 1965). [...]

for...

<author>. (1965, August 29). [...]

...in english, and...

[...] Geraadpleegd op 29 augustus 1965, van <url>

...for...

[...] Retrieved August 29, 1965, from <url>

...in english.

Both of these issues could be relatively easily solved by creating a custom Dutch version of APA. When we rely on the automatic style localization of the default (English) APA style, things get slightly trickier:

* the term "retrieved" is sometimes used in APA without a date, e.g. in English: "retrieved from <url>"
We could use "geraadpleegd", which would give "Geraadpleegd van <url>" and "Geraadpleegd <date> van <url>"

* APA requires that disambiguating year-suffixes are placed after the year in full dates, e.g. "2002a, January 5". It's possible to code this in CSL, but not without making it impossible to use localizing dates.

yes, i tried http://editor.citationstyles.org/, but couldn't find how to translate terms, there. should that be done directly, in a text editor?

i agree that...

...for the publication date is easier to read - even in dutch, but is there a reason why the retrieved date can't be...
