Help - weird signs showing up.

Hi,

I am suddenly getting weird signs in my citations.

For instance, the added "Äú" in the following Liora Gvion, ‚ÄúWhat's Cooking in America?: Cookbooks Narrate Ethnicity: 1850-1990"

I am not using the standalone, and I've never had this problem before.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

how are you generating these citations?

By using the "add citation" in Word.
Also, DOI-numbers have suddenly started to appear in citations???

DOIs are strongly encouraged by the Manual, so that change was implemented on purpose.

The odd symbol is most typically an encoding issue - have you tried changing the font you're using? And which language is your Zotero in (i.e. in which language do things like "eds." or "pp." appear in your citations)?

It's in English. However, I'd like to change that to Danish. Would that resolve the issue? And - stupid question, probably - how do I change that?
