Firefox crashes when attemptin to sync Report ID: 1658357437

When attempting to launch the Zotero add-on, firefox froze repeatedly. When I disabled syncing under the preferences of the zotero add-on, this freezing stopped, however the add-on still crashes when I attempt to sync manually.
Please let me know what I can do.

    Try just letting it go for a while when you'll be away from your computer. Once it goes through, this shouldn't keep happening, but if you force-quit it it will.

    Also, if possible upgrade to the latest version of Firefox. You're using 14.0.1, which is out of date and possibly insecure.
