Upgrade StorageI cant insert a citation/open up any icons in open office org
Hi.
I spent ages trying to install the correct versions of the plug in and the Zotero firefox add on. The icons all appear in open office org that I am using but even though the icon is highlighted in the toolbar when I click it, nothing happens. No Zotero dialogue box even opens up. I have to open it manually in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. It is very frustrating and I don't know what I am doing wrong.
Also I cant get the icon to appear in the web address bar of pages that I would like to include in my library. I tried it with you tube because an icon appeared in the web address line and that seemed to work but it hasn't worked with any other website.
I hope this makes sense... could someone please help... anybody?!

It sounds like you're running OpenOffice? If so, try installing LibreOffice instead. It is more actively maintained than OpenOffice (the two projects split some time ago), and is known to work well with Zotero.
I still cant get it to work. I have installed libreoffice but now I cant get the plugin tool bar to appear in libre office.
