Error in BMJ-case report style?

Hi, I have an article to submit to BMJ-case report. I was glad I found the specific style in the "Zotero Style Repository". But when I try to edit my library, it first appears in the right style but then quickly changes without anything I can do to stop it: the whole library appears in Bold Style and is centered in the page. I tried to make the changes again (like go back to "unbold" the text and undo the "centered in the text" part) but it still doen't appear the way it should. It's very frustrating because everytime I refresh I can see how it should be for a short second and then it changes again...
Please Help!

    That has nothing to do with the specific style - something else isn't working.
    How are you inserting the bibliography? What do you mean by "try to edit my library" exactly? Which word processor?

    I made a Library in my Zotero. Then I used the "zotero incert citation" in the "Word processor pluggins" while I wrote.
    In the end, at the "reference" paragraph I used "zotero insert bibliography" and chose the "BMJ-case report" style.

    I don't know if it is of any relevance here, but i work on a Mac, and I have the Microsoft Word for Mac 2011, version 14.2.5.

    Hum... that's embarrassing...
    I just downloaded again the "word processor pluggin", and it works perfectly!
    I guess I just needed an update...
