Upgrade StorageBug: Note/Citation option in "Create Bibiography" doesn't work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select an citation, right click --> Create Bibliography...
2. Check "Note" (for CMoS etc. ) or "Citation" (for Harvard etc.)
3. Select output to clipboard
==> The bibliography entry, not the citation is copied to clipboard.
Tried with different citation styles and items.
Using 3.0.11 on FF 17.0.1 and Ubuntu 12.10, but also reported here:

dstillman(Also, just to note, right-click -> Notes/Citations will be different from Shift-click. The former will do a citation list. The latter will do a multi-source citation.)
