Capitalizing "Author"

Sometimes, when you add new items to the database, the authors' whole name is in upper-cases. It would save a lot of time if Zotero allowed to swith to sentence case the same way the title and short title fields do.

Just a suggestion.

    It's a common request. This should be done in the future: https://github.com/zotero/zotero/issues/39

    However, it's even better to fix the translator in order to save the authors' name correctly. Could you provide the URLS of faulty data? Thanks

    That's been requested before (I'd need to dig up the old thread, but the reason is exactly what you say) and will likely happen when someone gets a chance to implement it.
    That said, we try to fix this on import, so if you let us know which database this is coming (provide a URL) from we can fix it at the root.
