Set document preferences

When the 'Cell' citation style has been selected, in text citations are in italics. That's fine. Nevertheless, it seems that they remain ever in italics even when a new citation style is choosen in the 'set documents preferences' menu in WORD such as Nature, vancouver, etc... In text citations then remain in italics whereas this should not be the case.
Any idea ?

    typically switching to a footnoted style - Chicago Manual of Style (full note) and back will fix that.
