Hi There,
I have just downloaded zotero onto my laptop and completed the set up (including my log in details in the syncing preferences) but I only seem to be able to sync to my library. I am a member of a group and really need to sync the group library as well.

I searched the web site and followed existing instructions on what to try to get the group library to sync but still no luck (restart firefox, reset sync to server etc). When I look at the error reporting in the setting tab I get the following two error messages - do these mean something to you? Can you offer any further suggestions on what I can do to sync the group library? I cannot provide more detail of the problem as I dont really know what else I could tell you.

    In the left hand column of the zotero add-in in firefox i have a brown folder called 'My Library' which has some items in it, however this is not the library i usually put all my references in, i usually use the group library i belong to.
    Below this folder is a line then an open arrow pointing to a heading 'Group Libraries' but nothing has been added here.
    When I log into zotero on line I can see both of these libraries (the My Library and its items, plus my usual group library with all of its folders and items.
    Does this make more sense?

    Did you try expanding it?

    yes i did - it didn't expand initially - the open arrow would not respond to any attempt to click on it.
    Anyway i restarted my computer again for a different software update and now everything has shown up so it seems it has finally managed the sync.
