Moving items from group library to main library. PDFs don't come with item.
We have a group library set up between a few users of our department. We can all individually add items to the group library, with their Respective PDF attachments. This all works perfectly with access to the entire group collection. However, when users want to take group library entries added by others, and copy them to their own main library, the citations are moved, but not the PDF attachments. Any ideas why?

Also, to confirm, the people having trouble copying the PDFs can open the PDFs locally on their computers from the group?
Checked the settings and we all have it set to "Sync attachement files in group libraries using Zotero Storage". It appears that some can copy entries into their own library, and the PDFs follow. But others cannot get PDFs to come with. All settings the same.
And yes, regardless of if they can copy them to their libraries in full or not, they can all still open the PDFs locally on their computer from the group library.
If you think that's not case, provide a Debug ID for a drag attempt that doesn't copy the attachment.
