Style Error: Chicago Author-Date: "Edited by …" etc.

Expected output:

Adorno, Theodor W., and Walter Benjamin. 1999. The Complete Correspondence, 1928–1940. Edited by Henri Lonitz. Translated by Nicholas Walker. Cambridge, MA: Harvard University Press.

Actual output:

Adorno, Theodor W., and Walter Benjamin. 1999. The Complete Correspondence, 1928–1940. Ed. Lonitz, Henri. Tran. Walker, Nicholas. Cambridge, MA: Harvard University Press.

Please note that "ed." and "trans." (not "tran."!) are not to be used in the Chicago author-date style at all.
These abbreviations are to be used in in the Chicago notes style only, but even there just in notes, not in the bibliography (where at least chicago-note-bibliography.csl seems to produce correct output.)
See CMOS, 16e, 14.88.

Please also note the incorrect inversion of editor’s and translator’s names (ibid.).
  • The style is now fixed. The updated version will appear on the repository within 30mins (check the timestamp).

Thanks for reporting. I believe this may have happened when we adjusted terms. The name order has always been correct, though - I don't know why you'd be getting "Lonitz, Henri" - could have been an old version of the style - always make sure to update styles from the repository. That doesn't currently happen automatically.
