Sync apparently works... but it's not

I've had a read of the other syncing threads but haven't yet been able to solve my problem.

My PC has recently had a long-overdue overhaul (to Windows 7). I'm using Firefox 17.0 and have installed Zotero 3.0.11. Online, I can see my whole library. However, when I sync it appears to work - the green arrows spins and then stops, with no error appearing next to it - but then there is nothing there (except items which I have downloaded recently).

    It looks like you downloaded your entire library a couple days ago, presumably into your new OS (though I'm not clear on why you lost your old local data).

    Make sure you're looking in the right place in your local library. How many items are there "My Library" on your computer?

    I was totally looking in the wrong place. Apologies! I've now found it all. Thanks for your help and sorry for being a techno-phobe...
