No items saved anymore
I have been using Zotero for a few weeks and have always been able to save the information about books, articles etc., which I found on websites, to my Zotero-library. Recently, when I click on the little book- or article-sign on websites like library-catalogues or Amazon to save an item in my Zotero-library, it isn't saved, though. Although, as always, a window opens saying "saving xxx to Zotero". But when I look into my Zotero-library afterwards, the new titles are not in it. Does anyone know this problem? Does this perhaps happen, when the storage is all used up? And if yes, how could I find that out? Thanks for any help!

Upgrade Storage
If those steps don't help, then provide us the version of Zotero you are running (firefox extension or standalone? version number?), sample URLs that are not working, and Report ID from step 11 above. If there are no errors to report, generate a Debug ID for a failed attempt to save an item.
The Zotero version I am running is 3.0.10, I think, it is standalone, but how do I find that out? Sample URLS are:

I got two Report IDs (I hope that is what is meant by Report ID or wizard; since I am not a native speaker and my firefox and Zotero is actually in German, I might missunderstand some of the specific terms):

Report ID means the actual number that's given to you in red once you submit an error report.
