Zotero search results do not find me

I recently tried to search for my user name in Zotero and the results came up as "zero". When I searched for "midwives" (listed in my association's name) I was amongst 3000+ results and found about ten names down the list.

Why does Zotero no longer return specific search terms? has there been a recent change? Do I need to update some information?

    the search appears to only catch "Real Names" not user names any more.
    I don't think that's on purpose and I'd expect it to get fixed, but you can (should?) also add a Real Name (which could be someting like "Association of Midwives Library" or so) under
    https://www.zotero.org/settings/
