Cites "(Anón)" instead of the author´s name - word for Mac

When I use the script "Add Citation" in Word for Mac 2011 the whole process goes well, but as result Zotero inserts the citation in Word as "(Anón, pg.1)" or "(Anón, pg20)" and so on in every citation and does not put the name of the author of the paper, please help, it happens with every paper.

    Hello,
    It looks like it only happens with "Harvard Reference Format 1 (Author-Date)" but I discovered that it is also happening in Windows, I am running Zotero 3.0.10 version in both systems running within Mozilla Firefox 8.0.1 in Mac and Mozilla Firefox 8.0 in Windows. Thanks.

    what does it say in other formats? Are you sure the citation has an author in your Zotero database?

    Also - running the (long-outdated) Firefox 8.0 is unsafe and may also cause problems with functionality, you should upgrade to FF 17 and make sure to have auto-updating turned on.
