    It looks like there is an old and a new version of the VIP site. If removing the "oldweb" prefix from the host address in your sample URL leads to a page that works for me.

    It doesn't look like there was ever a translator that supported that site. Are you sure this used to work in the past?
    It looks like there is an old and a new version of the VIP site. If removing the "oldweb" prefix from the host address in your sample URL leads to a page that works for me.
    The page that results from removing "oldweb" uses the generic Embedded Metadata translator, which in general works fairly well, but it's having a bit more trouble with Chinese names. It is much better than "right-click -> Create New Item from Current Page" option though.
