Upgrade StorageToolbar Icons not visible in Open Office
After I install the OpenOffice plugin on Windows XP, I have a toolbar with icons that works just as expected. However, very soon (after I've quit out of OpenOffice a couple of times, I think), the toolbar looks like this:

That is, with text only, no icons.
Moreover, clicking on these buttons sometimes (though not always) causes OpenOffice to crash.
If I close this toolbar, I can reselect it in the View-Toolbars menu -- but it never in fact reappears as a toolbar. It is gone permanently.
If I uninstall then reinstall the plugin, then the icons come back (along with the toolbar, if I had lost it), but again only very temporarily. (Disabling and reenabling isn't enough; the extension has to be removed and reinstalled).
I have tried reinstalling the plugin from Zotero Firefox and from Standalone; that doesn't seem to make any difference.
Changing settings for toolbar view in OpenOffice makes no difference.
I am using OpenOffice 3.4.1, under Windows XP. I believe I first noticed this problem when upgrading to the Apache OpenOffice.
Another forum thread has dealt with a very similar problem (http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/21761/libreoffice-missing-toolbar-icons-but-toolbar-working/) It was suggested that there might be a problem with Addons.xcu -- but it was unclear to me how a user like myself might fix that problem.

Problem:
No icons in openoffice zotero toolbare, only words like "insert citation" "edit citation" and so on. it still work all fine but this totaly make my toolbare broken!
What i have done so far:
Deinstall all zotero stuff (firefox exstension, wordintegration plugin, also extension in open office)
Deinstall open office
Reinstall openoffice
Reinstall zotero stuff
Windows 7 64 bit
Openoffice 3.4.1
Zotero 3.0.14
Zotero libreoffice integration 3.5.5
Hope someone can help!
