Upgrade StorageISI web of knowledge has stopped detecting citations

ISI web of knowledge has recently stopped detecting citations. (I've checked with a friend too; they have the same problem.)
They don't seem to have changed anything about the site, but you never know.
Also, while I'm here: to get references off ISI web of knowledge, a citation needed to be viewed separately - the folder option did not appear (i.e. the list of references you get directly after a search didn't have the folder option.)
