Add new fields for an item?

I would like to add some fields to the item "Film", e.g. films might have a few titles: English title, original title (say Chinese), etc. How can I modify the zotero.sqlite database to do this - add a field for the original title?

It might be possible to clone the item "Film" and name it e.g. FilmExtended and then add to it a new field - "Original Title", how can I do this?

    you can't really do this - I mean, you can start hacking your database, but you'll break syncing, you'd also have to fix citations styles etc.
