Zotero 3.0.9 does not start as an app tab

I always had Zotero set to appear as an app tab upon launching Firefox, but the feature seems not to be working since updating to version 3.0.9. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to easily fix this?

I can't reproduce this. A report ID may help.

I don't know what is the cause, but I experienced this problem with 3.0.9, it went away in 3.0.10, and it is happening again with 3.0.11.
