Word 2010 - Zotero toolbar does not appear

Having changed jobs, I can't get the Word plug in installed on my new computer, nor that of a colleague to whom I introduced Zotero. Zotero Word for Windows integration shows up under Firefox extensions on both our machines, and I have re-installed on both following instructions on the troubleshooting page. We both use Word 2010. I like to show off Zotero, but I won't if we can't get the Word plug in working. It doesn't help that I don't know what I am looking for - weren't there formerly screenshots in the documentation? Thanks.

    You should see a toolbar with these icons:
    http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage

    They tend to be pretty small in Word.
    The toolbar is in the "Add-ins" Flag of Word 2010

    Thanks, Adam - it is indeed there, and I just didn't know what I was supposed to see - and it is small, even on my external monitor. Now to check my colleague's machine again . . . Thank you so much.
