starting a group

I'm trying to start a group.. I put the name in and nothing happens, I have a folder in my library but it is not a "group library". How do I get a group library and then share it. Everything is synched, but I can't even find my new group in a search.. I am missing something

    The yellow folder icons are "collections" -- bundles of references from that particular library. To create a group, visit the zotero.org website, click on the Groups tab, and find the "Create a New Group" link. After you have created the group online, it should turn up in your local Zotero the next time it is synced.

    There are two ways to create Zotero groups.
      1. You can click the New Group icon located next to the New Collection icon in the top left corner of the Zotero firefox add-on
      2. You can also click the Create New Group button on the groups landing page.
