citation stopped working in Word 2008

Hi, I was inserting citations just fine yesterday. This morning, when I click on "add citation" nothing happens. I have saved track changes and closed this toolbar, closed and opened Word several times, reinstalled the extension... sigh. Can someone point me in the right direction?

    BTW I am using:
    Mac OS X 10.6.8
    Firefox 15.0.1

    Not sure what I did, but it is working again...

    same problem, working on pc and word 2010. It was already installed and working. It asked for the citation style and I did Chicago style and then even the z classic view doesnot appear. Thanks

    you've tried restarting Word and Firefox/Standalone?

    Hi Adam, I removed the word plugin then reinstalled and at some restart it worked again, Standalone was not installed in that computer, only zotero for firefox and word. Many thanks for your answer.
