Upgrade StorageWord could not fire event
Dear Forum members,
forgive me if the solution to this issue is hidden somewhere deep in the forums and I've come to overlook it. After a recent clean install of my OS, the Zotero/Word integration does not perform anymore, at all. The Zotero toolbar appears in Word, but no event can get fired.
Upon my first few feeble attempts, from Word I received the message:
"Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
[Exception... "The operation couldn;t be completed. (PSStatus error -1708.) @[setProperty:document.m:1150]' when calling method: [zoteroIntegrationDocument::setDocumentData]" nsresult: "0x8057001e (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_STRING)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/ integration.js :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 901" data:no]
I subsequently checked and downloaded the Firefox Integration and renewed and reinstalled as the steps said I should. Now, Word does not respond at all when I try to do anything. It only tells me "Word could not fire event" when I close the document.
Any hints or ideas on how to fix this: much appreciated.

Mac 10.8.2, Word 2011 (update 14.2.4). The Zotero buttons are totally unresponsive, and when I close the document, Word gives error message, "Word could not fire the event".
I tried following the "reinstall" instructions in the most recent link above, but this didn't seem to change anything.
