Zotero translator for Pubmed

Hi, seems the Zotero translator for Pubmed is still not fixed; am not able to save multiple items. I know the thread is already on, but sorry to post this as a new discussion since I just could not figure out how to post a message to an already on discussion. By the way, I was trying to save items from the page of pubmed with this URL http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?linkname=pubmed_pubmed&from_uid=22435071
Thanks

  • This page works on my end. Please make sure your translators are up to date (Preferences -> General -> Update Now). You will need to refresh the page after updating the translators.

Otherwise, go through these steps and provide a Report ID from step 11. Not all of the steps will be applicable. Also let us know which Zotero (firefox plugin or standalone) and version you are using as well as the browser and browser version.
  • Thanks for your response. It is not working even following update.
    The details you needed were:
    - Am using Zotero Standalone version,
    Zotero Connector version,
    - Browser Chrome version 22.0.1229.94 m,
    - Operating system Windows 7 Home Basic

  • You have not included your Zotero Standalone version (Gear menu -> About Zotero) and your Zotero Chrome Connector version (chrome://chrome/extensions/).

Also, could you generate a Debug ID for an attempt to save multiple articles on PubMed.
  • Oh sorry, here they are,
    Zotero Standalone version 3.0.8
    Zotero Chrome Connector version 3.0.8.1
Have managed to generate a Report ID out of Zotero Standalone as 41041195
AM trying to generate deubug ID,
  • hi, Debug output has been sent to the Zotero server.

    The Debug ID is D1291226605.

That Debug ID seems to cover just a Zotero startup, not a save attempt from PubMed.

I have tried again, this time by performing the following steps:
    starting zotero standalone
enabling debug (preferences > advanced > enable debug)
    opening chrome
opening pubmed, entering search item, and trying to save multiple articles
    zotero blip showed saving failed
then generated logged the debgug ID D1106161400.
Hope this would be of help.
    Thanks
