several problems with group library/export

Hello,

I need once again your help. I try to share a folder of my library with someone, but I have problems to copy this folder into the group library- I have no idea, why it doesn't work (I can't just drag and drop or copy & paste, I also don't find a button to do this...). I also tried to export the library/this folder, but I also have a javascript-error... So I have no ideas, how to manage this problem. I am sure you can help me.

    If you have permission to edit the group library, you should be able to just drag a collection or a set of items from the other library. If that's not working for you, you'll need to provide more specifics.

    That worked right now with drag & drop- I'm not sure, what the problem was, but now it worked. But do you have an advice for the export-problem (javascript application - error).

    We'd need a Report ID.

    Yes to the report ID, but also:
    we've been seeing some problems exporting Zotero RDF from a whole collection or library - Aurimas is on it.
    If the collection doesn't have any subcollection, it typically works to just select all items in the collection in the middle panel and then exporting those (right-click -->export selected items)

    But thank you, the last advice helped me.

    One last question, how can it be, that on friday I couldn`t save a lot of books and articles (can't provide an error/report ID) and today it is no problem to save them (they were from amazon, Elsevier, pubmed.org, googlebooks... so normally thsi always worked).

    There are no Zotero errors in there. Are you sure you generated that after reproducing the export error and before restarting Firefox?
    One last question, how can it be, that on friday I couldn`t save a lot of books and articles
    PubMed was broken on Friday due to a site change. For the others we'd need reports when it's not working.

    Oh, you're running Firefox 17. Firefox 17 is in beta, and various things in Zotero 3.0.8 won't work with it. Downgrade to Firefox 16 until Firefox 17 is officially released on November 20th.

    (Out of curiosity, did you mean to be running a beta version of Firefox? We've had reports of people being upgraded by mistake.)
