Upgrade StoragePapermachine and the attached link to pdfs

Tomorrow I will lead a workshop on Zotero for advance users (find out more here: http://blogs.eui.eu/zotero/on-introduction-to-zotero-3-0-waiting-for-advanced-features-of-zotero-3-0.html). I am going to talk also about Papermachine and its tolls. I was wondering whether Papermachine analysis also those pdfs link to Zotero by an attached link. Does anyone know this detail?
