Duplicate Entries...

Hi all,

Is there any way to automatically delete duplicate entries. Here's my problem: I'm needing to transfer my library to a professor -- doing this the old fashioned way w/ a USB key is just fine by me. But I don't want my files that I import to her library to duplicate the entries that she already possesses. Any way around this?
