ISBN lookup issue

My debug ID is D1102839070; just following up to see what I can do. I've had trouble getting Zotero to download citation information when I use the ISBN to enter a source.

    Zotero uses WorldCat to look up ISBNs, but it looks like something (your proxy?) is redirecting WorldCat to https://p1.proxy.ucla.edu/auth?uri=http://www.worldcat.org, which is a login page and doesn't have the book's metadata. I'm not sure what the best solution for this is.

    presumably, logging into the proxy once should work for the rest of the session, no?

    9780470283547 is the ISBN number, but the thing about the proxy makes sense as I have my proxy settings set to log into UCLA's server for using our library, using Google Scholar, etc. If I'm logged into the server via VPN I don't get the log-in prompt for the proxy so I wonder if I would get a different result logged into our VPN. I'll check that.

    Sadly, that didn't solve it; I did realize later after I double-checked the ISBN on WorldCat that the Chrome add-in allowed me to simply save the book to Zotero that way.

    Anyways, it still works fantastic with DOI's but I've noticed there must be something about the proxy setting that's messing with its communication with WorldCat.
