Comment, Discuss and Rate a Group Library Item

Would be great to be able to Comment, Discuss and Rate a Group Library Item. I assume this feature is not integrated yet. Any plans?

    Such feature is not planned, as far as I know.

    Your best options is to use notes or tags for this.
