Zotero word processor toolbar does not appear in Word 2007

I have installed Zotero 3.0 on a PC with Windows 7 professional (SP1) as well as Word for Windows Plugin 3.1.8 and I cannot find the toolbar in Word... I am using Word 2007 french version.
Is there someting special that should be done in order to fix that issue?

    Do you see the "Add-Ins" flag as in here:
    http://www.passarella.com/screenpro/Word2007_Add-Ins_ToolbarScrnPro2007.jpg (this isn't for Zotero, just to show the location of the add-in flag) That's where you should see the Zotero toolbar. Do you?

    No. I don't have this flag in Word
