Upgrade StorageZotero not saving Factiva news articles
Hi,
I'm trying to get Zotero to save the newspaper articles that I have collected from Factiva, but they are not saving into my library.
I clicked the save to Zotero button near the url, and a pop up box does appear, so I select all the newspaper articles that i want bibliographic info for, press ok, and nothing saves in Zotero. It is as if, I didn't do anything at all. Why is this happening? Is there a fix?
